Anne Stevens is an independent chair, a human resources adviser and coach, a board mentor and non-executive director.

Anne is Council Director for Global Business Women Leaders, Global Chief Human Resources Officer and European HR Executive with The Conference Board in Europe. She is a Board Mentor for Criticaleye and sits on several charity boards. She was previously a European director with IBM and a global vice president with Rio Tinto.

Anne has experience working in markets such as the Americas, Australia and Canada, where she led various strategies, plans and practices to achieve sustainable growth. She also worked in emerging economies, like South Africa, Peru, Madagascar and Mongolia.

Anne is Chair of the Advisory Board for our Faculty of Business and Law.

Anne is recognised as an inclusive leader, a catalyst for change and for transformation. She is a mother of 2, a grandmother, a keen Portsmouth FC supporter and is based here in the UK.
