Studentpad
Portsmouth Studentpad is the University’s official accommodation search engine. It allows you to:
- find student houses, flats and lodgings across the city registered with Student Housing
- avoid agency fees
- find a property from a more trusted landlord
- contact landlords directly to set up your own viewings
- search by price point and size of property
- set up alerts for a property that meets your criteria
- meet other potential housemates
Properties and landlords on Portsmouth Studentpad have met our registration criteria, so you can be sure that everything you see listed has the appropriate Gas Safety, Portable Appliance Test, House of Multiple Occupation, and Electrical Installation Certificate Report certificates.
Studentpad also has a 'map view' function. Here you can see the location of properties and their proximity from the University and local amenities.
