Find out more about the many ways we can help you take care of your mind, body and spirit so that you are set to manage challenges and fulfil your potential.
General health
Your wellbeing is only one aspect of looking after your health at university — so once you get here we also suggest registering with a doctor (GP) and making sure you are looking after your physical health too.

If you need support urgently, all the important contacts are here.

Vaccinations
At uni you'll meet and mix with lots of new people, so check you're up to date on your vaccinations.
