Congratulations on joining us. We're excited to welcome you to our university.

You'll find everything you need here to get started on your course, make friends and have a great student experience. But before doing anything else, make sure you've registered as a student and joined the University

Your welcome events will include some of the following activities, designed to help you settle in, make friends and have fun while you do it.

Settling into Portsmouth

  • Induction and teaching timetables: Timetables will be published on 17 August on your Student View (available after you've completed your registration form). Please be aware that your teaching timetables are subject to change until 7 September, so please check for changes regularly.
  • Meet new students online: Join our Unibuddy Community chat group to meet your people
  • Student Card: To access your classes, university buildings and more

  • Elected Officers – the right to vote who runs your Students' Union
