Holiday opening times

Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and on Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm. Holiday hours remain the same except for the closure over the Bank Holiday weekend (29 March to 1 April 2024).

Library, Chimes, Portland, Park and Eldon - closed between Friday 22 March 2024, reopening as usual on Monday 15 April 2024.

The Hub is open between 8.00am and 3.00pm, with the exception of bank holidays.

The Terrace is open between 8.00am and 17.00pm with the exception of bank holidays.

Normal service will resume in all cafes from Monday 15 April 2024.

Over Easter we still open at 9.30am and close at 4.00pm, but we will be closed for an hour over lunch time between 12.00pm and1.00pm (25th March - 12th April).

Chaplains - on campus throughout the Easter Break except on Bank Holidays.

Chaplaincy Lounge - open as usual except for the Bank Holidays.

Islamic Prayer Rooms - open 24/7 up until the end of Ramadan, with Iftars taking place daily.

The UoP Global service will be available during normal working hours, closing at 5.00pm on Thursday 28 March 2024 and remaining closed up to and including Monday 1 April 2024. Normal service will resume from Tuesday 2 April 2024.

The Library Building is open 24/7 as normal throughout the Easter break.

Library staff are available between 8:00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 11.00am to 3.00pm Saturday and Sunday during the break EXCEPT on Easter weekend when it will be security only from Good Friday through to Easter Monday.
