A placement year is a valuable opportunity to gain real experience, build confidence, and strengthen your CV. It helps you apply what you’ve learned in your course to the workplace, develop professional skills, and make industry connections that could lead to future job offers. Many students return for their final year with a clearer career direction and improved academic performance.
