The IBM Career Coaching Scheme is back for 2025, offering disabled and neurodivergent students a chance to develop their skills and career confidence. Through five personalised 1-to-1 mentoring sessions with an IBM professional, you'll gain valuable industry insights, tailored advice, and support to help you plan your next steps.

Whether you're exploring career options or preparing for applications this programme offers practical guidance to help you succeed.

Are you a final-year student or recent graduate? Register with the Graduate Recruitment Consultancy

If you are a final-year undergraduate student interested in securing a graduate-level role in Portsmouth or the surrounding areas, you can register with our free Graduate Recruitment Consultancy service run by university staff. If you are a Master's student, you need to register here.

The recruitment team is on hand to offer support with interviews and feedback and help source jobs on your behalf. Some of the roles they work with do not get advertised anywhere else!
