Service Desk opening hours
The Service Desk phone line and live chat are available during the following times:
Monday to Thursday: 8am–5pm
Friday: 8am–4pm
You can raise an IT request through IT Self-Service at any time. Requests submitted outside opening hours will be reviewed when the Service Desk reopens.
The 24/7 virtual assistant is also available at any time for common questions and links to helpful guidance.
