The Student Casework Team
Helping you to raise your concerns and to participate in formal procedures.
If you're unhappy with something the University has, or has not done, or need to submit an academic appeal, we have established processes to help you. The University also has procedures in place to address any concerns about student behaviour.
Working Together Respectfully
We recognise that casework and complaints processes can sometimes be challenging. To support constructive engagement and help ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved, we have published our Working Together Respectfully Guidance. This guidance explains the standards of behaviour we expect, our commitment to respectful communication, and how to request reasonable adjustments.
