Google Calendar: Speedy Meetings

Speedy meetings is a setting found in Google Calendar that automatically shortens your meetings.

This setting will end 30-minute meetings 5 minutes early and longer meetings 10 minutes early.

Instructions

1. Open Calendar
2. Click on the Cog (Settings Menu) a drop down menu will display (Click here to view an image)
3. Select Settings 
4. The Setting page will display, click on Event Settings in the left hand menu
5. Click on the check box next to Speedy Meetings to activate this feature (Click here to view an image)
