Our Careers and Employability Service supports you with finding part-time jobs, career planning, work experience and volunteering, graduate jobs, further study or starting up a business.

Whether you're currently studying at the University of Portsmouth or if you've already graduated, we'll help you with your personal and professional development.

 

 

 

Self-employed Placements

A Self-Employed Placement is an alternative option to the traditional placement year in industry. Spend your placement year working on your business idea with the support of our Student StartUp team.

CV and part-time work support - no appointment needed!

Our Student Advice Team are available Monday-Friday 1.00pm-4.00pm to answer your questions about part-time work, and help you perfect your CV! No appointment needed - just come along to the Careers Centre on Guildhall Walk.
