Being a student and learning to be independent can be exciting, however we understand that from time to time, you may need support with the challenges that could come alongside your university experience. Making time to look after yourself is important, and even more so during busy periods. There are many places where you can get help, advice and support with your mental health and wellbeing.

 

Understanding your Wellbeing: self-help tool

Try our new self-help wellbeing assessment tool that will help you reflect on and improve your own wellbeing and self-care strategies and give you information about how to get help with your wellbeing, if relevant.

When you submit the completed form you'll receive an immediate automatic personalised feedback email about your answers. This feedback will contain suggestions for further self-care strategies and information about how to get help with your wellbeing.
