On 19 October 2023, we welcomed more than 1600 students and 50 businesses to the Graduate Recruitment and Placement Fair.

Although the fair is over, you can still access information about our exhibitors, and find tips for preparing for next year's career fair in October 2024!

Tips for preparing for a Career Fair

Here are some tips to help you make the most out of the Graduate Recruitment and Placement Fair: 

Look through our online brochure and the list of participating companies beforehand. Learn about their values, work culture, and the positions they're hiring for. Tailor your questions to show your interest.

Ensure that your CV is up-to-date and highlights your relevant skills and experiences. Don't forget to bring multiple copies to share with potential employers.

The dress code for the fair is business casual or professional. A well-groomed appearance will leave a positive first impression.

Be prepared to introduce yourself confidently. Your "Elevator Pitch" should be concise yet impactful, showcasing your strengths and career aspirations.
