Support for students affected by the situation in Ukraine

We're concerned to hear of the situation that is currently unfolding in Ukraine. If you're affected, the University is here to support you during this difficult time.

Wellbeing

The Student Wellbeing Service is available for confidential support. If you need someone to talk to about how you are feeling, please email wellbeing-admin@port.ac.uk for help. The Chaplaincy team are also available to support you during this time.

Financial difficulties

If you're experiencing financial difficulties you can contact the Student Finance Centre for money advice and guidance, and to apply for hardship funds. Call them on +44 23 9284 3014 or email studentfinance@port.ac.uk.

At this time you may be experiencing issues with making tuition fee payments. If you are please contact the Income team on income@port.ac.uk as soon as possible so that you can agree payment arrangements.

Academic support

If you're finding it difficult to access your resources or complete your work your Faculty MyPort Hub will be able to help, or you can contact your Personal Tutor or Course Leader to let them know.
