Current School of Law Postgraduate Research Degree student (PGR), Devran Gülel, has successfully had her second peer-reviewed article published via the journal Nuovi autoritarismi e democrazie: diritto, istituzioni, società (New Authoritarian Regimes and Democracies: Law, Institutions, Society). Entitled ‘Patterns of Misogyny in Turkey's Contemporary Political Discourse: An Analysis of the Presidential Speeches’.

Devran's first published article was in 2019 entitled ‘Feminist movement and law-making in Turkey: a critical appraisal from 1998 to 2018’, published via Women’s History Review’.
