New Self Service Portal for staff and students to make service requests
Information Services have just launched an updated self service portal to make it much easier to find the help that you require.
With an increasing number of teams and services using the Hornbill Service Desk system - including Marketing and DSAA - the changes help users identify the correct area for their request.
You can find relevant information and forms for:
- Marketing - Managing webpage content, News, Events, Blogs and updates to Staff Profiles
- Health and Safety - Eye Test form and Travel Overseas
- Information Services - Request Office365 accounts, Ordering Equipment, Updating or Ordering Software amongst others
- DSAA - forms relating to Student Systems Support or Development as well as a Timetable Modification form for the Central Timetabling Team
You can access the new portal at servicedesk.port.ac.uk by clicking ‘Log a Service Request’.
