Did you know that on most undergraduate courses you can take on a self-employed placement (SEP)? Replacing the traditional placement year in industry you can use your placement year to freelance, run your own business or take a product to market.
You can work by yourself or in a group. If you choose to work in a group you can work with other students from different courses.
There is a wide range of support available to you during your self-employment placement year both from the Student StartUp Team and your Faculty.
Join our online information session to find out more about your self-employment placement options and ask any questions you may have.
