All face-to-face support previously provided by the MyPort Information Hub teams - which help students with enquiries about registration, timetables, assessments, graduation and more - will now be based at one central hub on the ground floor of University House on Winston Churchill Avenue.
This means you will only need to go to one place on campus to get help with your course, university services or wider student life. The helpdesk at University House will be open:
8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, and from 8.30am - 4.00pm on Friday
This will be the first port of call for any guidance you need with any aspect of University life. From questions about your course, to what support services are available to help you - contact the team to help find what you need
As well as visiting the central hub in person at University House, you can email, phone and live chat with the team during opening hours

The remaining two MyPort Hub desks will close over the next few months. The desk in the University Learning Centre will close on Friday 2 February, and the desk in Richmond building will close on Friday 22 March.
