Ewan Marshall
Talent Acquisition Adviser

Ewan is an experienced recruitment professional with more than 15 years in the field. He currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at The Access Group, where he focuses on finding and hiring top talent in the HR and Marketing sectors.

Earl McFarlane
Head of Support and Chair of GRACE Employee Community Network

Earl is the Head of Support for The Access Group's suite of HR and Workforce Management (WFM) applications, leading a team of 51 engineers and 6 team leaders to support customers across the UK and Europe. As Chair of The Access Group’s GRACE Committee, he is committed to fostering education, encouraging curiosity, and advancing racial equality throughout the organisation.

Tiara Samuel
In-House Legal Counsel and Co-Chair of GRACE Employee Community Network

Tiara is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales who supports colleagues across the UK, EU, US, and APAC with commercial contract negotiations, as well as contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and dispute resolution. Since joining Access in 2020, she has progressed from Paralegal to Trainee Solicitor, and now serves as In-House Legal Counsel. As a member of The Access Group’s GRACE Network Steering Committee, her goal is to promote racial equality and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organisation.
