You said: We need more study spaces to support our learning.
What we did: We have installed a number of individual and group learning pods across campus.
We know how important it is to have a quiet and comfortable place to study and learn. After listening to your feedback, we’re happy to announce the arrival of new study pods around campus.
Whether you’re solo-studying or working in a small group, these pods will provide you with an ideal space to concentrate without any distractions.
Study Pods available:
Individual study pods: These comfortable, sound-proof booths are designed to provide screening and restrict external noise.
Group study pods: These hold up to four people and have a large table with easy-access USB / plug points, a screen and changeable colour sky lights.
Accessible study pod (library only): This has an adjustable desk and a fully adjustable chair within it.
Where can I find a study pod?
You’ll find these pods placed throughout campus, so you won’t have to go far to find one. There’s no need to book either - just turn up and use them when they are available. We’re hoping to install more study pods throughout campus soon.
