Take a break and join our free 4-week lunchtime guided meditation class to learn practical techniques to manage stress, cultivate mindfulness, and find some moments of peace in your day.
Open to all staff and students.
Each session is self-contained - join us for a single session or attend all four, whatever works best for you! No prior experience needed - just bring yourself and an open mind!
Session includes:
- A short talk on stress and emotional well-being
- A 15-minute breathing meditation to help you relax and refocus
- Optional time to reflect, share, or ask questions.
Location: Multifaith Room, 1st Floor, Chaplaincy Centre, St Paul's Road (lift accessible).
