Graduating this year? Update your email address on MyCareer

If you're graduating this July, remember to update your default email address in MyCareer to a personal account.

  1. Sign into your MyCareer account
  2. Add your preferred email address to the "Alternative email" box
  3. Click the blue "Make default" link below the box - and done.  

Don't worry, we won't spam you with emails. Updating it means you can keep using our jobs board, book appointments, and sign up for skills events after graduation, without relying on your University email, which closes shortly after you finish your course.

If you are a final-year undergraduate student interested in securing a graduate-level role in Portsmouth or the surrounding areas, you can register with our free Graduate Recruitment Consultancy service run by university staff. If you are a Master's student, you need to register here.

The recruitment team is on hand to offer support with interviews and feedback and help source jobs on your behalf. Some of the roles they work with do not get advertised anywhere else!
