As a University of Portsmouth student, you can access LinkedIn Learning for free using your university account. You can sign in using our single sign-on (SSO) link here, or through the LinkedIn Learning website.

Once you're signed in, you can browse and search thousands of courses covering business, creative and technical skills. You can learn at your own pace and choose courses that support your studies, develop your skills or help prepare you for your future career.

When you complete a LinkedIn Learning course, you can access a Certificate of Completion. You can view your completed courses and certificates through your Learning History in LinkedIn Learning.

No. LinkedIn Learning is free for University of Portsmouth students, and there is no additional charge for completing courses and receiving their Certificates of Completion. The university provides access to LinkedIn Learning as part of your student experience.

Once you've completed a course, you can add your LinkedIn Learning certificate to your LinkedIn profile. In LinkedIn Learning, go to your Learning History, find the course you've completed and select the option to add the certificate to your profile.

Yes. When you first sign in to LinkedIn Learning, you'll have the option to connect an existing personal LinkedIn account or use LinkedIn Learning without connecting it. Connecting your account can make it easier to share your learning achievements and certificates on your LinkedIn profile.

First, try signing in using the University's LinkedIn Learning SSO link and your university computer account username and password. If you're still having problems accessing LinkedIn Learning, contact the IS Service Desk for help.
