Equity for students of the global majority

Here to ensure everyone feels engaged in our diverse uni community

People of the Global Majority (PGM) is a collective term for people of Indigenous, African, Asian, or Latin American descent, constituting approximately 85% of the global population.

PGM is an inclusive term adopted by the University and Students’ Union to recognise different racial and ethnic groups within this diverse world. Our PGM student service works to ensure all students feel supported within our diverse uni community.
