New food trailer brings hot food favourites to campus

Looking for a tasty lunch between lectures? A new food trailer is now serving freshly prepared hot food at locations across campus. 

The American-style Airstream trailer offers a rotating menu of hot food options, including: 

• Gourmet smashed burgers 

• Pulled pork baguettes 

• Jacket potatoes 

• Sweet and savoury American pancakes 

• Vegan and gluten-free options 

The menu will change regularly, giving you plenty of reasons to try something new. 

You can find the trailer between 11.00am and 2.00pm at: 

• Monday: Richmond Building 

• Tuesday: Ravelin Sports Centre 

• Thursday: Eldon Courtyard
