The team will get to know your areas of interest and identify industries that would be ideal for you. Don’t worry if you’re not sure what you want to do yet: we can help you explore roles! - Find graduate jobs that match your skills and interests
Once the team understands your skills and interests they get to work sourcing the best jobs in the local area. They work with over 3,000 employers from a range of industries across Hampshire and the surrounding areas. - Submit applications on your behalf
All you need is a tailored CV which our Careers Advisers are on hand to help with. - Coach you through the interview process
Once you’ve secured an interview, our consultants can give you advice and guidance to get ready with confidence. Our expert Career Advisers can also offer mock interviews. - Negotiate salary and benefits
So you got the job! The support doesn’t stop there. We work with you and the employer to ensure you get a fair salary and benefits package before you sign any contract.
