Step away from revision for a little while and join us for a gentle, creative drop‑in designed to bring a moment of calm during exam season. Kindness Cards is a relaxed session where you can slow down, get creative, and focus on something positive for yourself and for others.
You’ll have the chance to create a kindness card filled with uplifting quotes, mindful thoughts, positive advice, or encouraging words for another student. Whether you enjoy doodling, writing, colouring, or keeping things simple, there’s no wrong way to take part. You’re also welcome to take a card just for yourself to keep as a reminder of encouragement when you need it most.
No pressure, no expectations just a welcoming space centred on wellbeing, kindness, and connection.
Drop in anytime between 10am and 12pm, stay for as long (or as little) as you like, and leave feeling a little lighter.
