Application information: Institution Wide Language Programme

In completing this form you are applying for a place on the IWLP language programme for TB2 of 2025/26.

This form is for students wishing to take an IWLP module for interest only. If you wish to take IWLP for credits as part of your degree, you will need to speak with your course leader or administrator.

Places are limited so please complete this form during the application window of 8 October 2025 to 19 November 2025. We are unable to accept any applications outside of these dates.

For the majority of students, your language classes will be centrally timetabled. 

Staff and PhD's applying to join a language course will be contacted just before the teaching block begins, as your classes are not centrally timetabled.

 

Confirmation

Once you have applied, this application will be saved and processed later in the year. Classes may not appear on your timetable until just before the start of teaching and we are unable to confirm class times until they have appeared on your timetable.

We will contact you if you have been unsuccessful getting a place on your chosen language.
