Starting with our StartUp Mini Masterclass, EnterpriseFest brings together students, graduates, staff, and our wider entrepreneurial community to showcase exciting startups, share ideas, and build meaningful connections.

Keynote speaker: Tim Campbell MBE - Business Leader and Social Mobility Champion
Business Leader, Social Mobility Champion, and recent University of Portsmouth Honorary Doctorate recipient, Tim Campbell MBE is best known as the first winner of BBC’s The Apprentice and now serves as Lord Sugar’s advisor on the hit show. With a passion for entrepreneurship and creating opportunities for underrepresented communities, Tim has built a successful career supporting startups and driving social change. He is also an active investor in leisure and technology ventures, including companies focusing on AI and health & fitness. His keynote will inspire you to think big, embrace challenges, and turn ideas into action.
StartUp Mini Masterclasses
Come and hear from entrepreneurs and founders who will share their startup expertise and top tips. These are short, impactful workshops providing the opportunity to gain tangible knowledge and key takeaways on specific topics.
Hosted by Kimberly Spiers, founder of The New Kind Community, this masterclass will take a podcast‑style format, featuring an open, honest discussion with a panel of inspiring founders who’ll share their own experiences of influence, personal brand and navigating the confidence to become “the face” of what they’ve built.
