MyPort webpages can only be accessed offline on MyPort PWA if they've been looked at online in the past.
If you've previously loaded a webpage while online and it doesn't display offline, this may be because you haven't visited the webpage or PWA in a while. To save space on your device, your phone's operating system can sometimes delete data from websites you haven't visited in a while. This can also happen if you have many other web apps saved on your phone that are using up a lot of storage. If your device is running low on space, it may automatically clear the data from the web app you've used the least recently.
If a MyPort webpage doesn't load offline, follow these steps to view it offline:
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
- Load the webpage you want to view offline.
- Disconnect from Wi-Fi.
- Reopen the webpage.
- The content should now display. If the webpage is updated while you’re offline, the changes will appear once you reconnect to the internet.
