Aspex exists to support emerging artists, reveal the creative process, and engage new audiences with visual art.
We achieve this by delivering an exciting and varied programme of exhibitions, off-site projects and participation events. Our aim is to make the creation and enjoyment of art a more inclusive activity.

We’re custodians of the National Cycle Network, a UK-wide network of traffic-free paths for everyone, connecting cities, towns and countryside, loved by the communities they serve. We bring people together to create places with clean air and green spaces, where friends and facilities are just a short walk away.
The Youth Commission is a brilliant opportunity for young people to gain new knowledge, skills and experiences, and have their say on crime and policing issues that matter most to them. The Youth Commission enables young people to support, challenge and voice young people’s opinions from all across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, to help shape decision making.
The Literacy Hubs exists to help young people develop the literacy skills they need to thrive. We work with local communities to create learning programs that meet their specific literacy needs, and each hub is individually designed to best support the community it serves.
