Action Tutoring is a charity that supports disadvantaged young people to achieve academically, with a view to enabling them to progress in education, employment or training. We do this by partnering high-quality volunteer tutors with pupils to increase their subject knowledge, confidence and study skills.
Our mission is 'To help adults in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire enjoy a better quality of life, with a specific focus on all aspects of getting older.' Aspex exists to support emerging artists, reveal the creative process, and engage new audiences with visual art.

We achieve this by delivering an exciting and varied programme of exhibitions, off-site projects and participation events. Our aim is to make the creation and enjoyment of art a more inclusive activity.

At Code Club, we think all children should have the opportunity to learn to code, no matter who they are or where they come from. We work with a global community of volunteers, educators, and partners to run free coding clubs where 9 to 13-year-olds build and share their ideas.
We are a Portsmouth based charity providing a toy library service and other community resources for children, their families and carers. The objective of Connors Toy Libraries is to assist in the provision of facilities for children by providing therapeutic, educational and stimulating toys and to promote better care and upbringing of children. We run a variety of groups and toy & play/leisure equipment services for families in Portsmouth.
Dance Live! is an exciting dance event for schools and colleges brought to you by The Guildhall Trust. Junior and secondary school children compete using choreographed routines to the backdrop of a giant digital screen. Pupils showcase a range of skills from dance, performance and off-stage technical skills to creative design.
Enable Ability supports people with a range of physical disabilities. Altogether we provide for approximately 500 children and adults through a growing number of support services.
Endometriosis South Coast is an inclusive charity set up to support people living with or going through the diagnosis process for Endometriosis and Adenomyosis. We are also here for people that feel they may be suffering with the conditions without starting the process of diagnosis.
Girlguiding is the largest youth organisation for girls in the UK today. We enable girls and young women to develop their potential and to make a difference to the world. We have just over 6500 Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Senior Section and Adult Leaders.

Havant Borough Council is delivering Link Up Leigh Park, scheme to help young people in Leigh Park into work and improve their long-term health and wellbeing. It will help residents aged between 16-24-years-old get into education, training, apprenticeships and employment.

Portsmouth Abuse & Rape Counselling Service (PARCS) provides free specialist counselling and psychotherapy for people who have experienced sexual and/or domestic abuse.
From humble beginnings in 1180 at the heart of Portsmouth's original settlement, this church became a parish church around 1320 and a Cathedral in 1927. It has been integral to the development of Portsmouth as a modern, vibrant city.
This project aims to increase knowledge and confidence in Portsmouth on how to use a defibrillator to save lives. Learn the lifesaving skill of CPR and then volunteer to teach others at events across the local community.
Revitalise is a national charity providing respite care in a holiday setting for disabled people and carers for over 50 years. We currently run three holiday centres in Chigwell in Essex, Southampton and Southport.
The Good Neighbours scheme is a befriending and support service intended for vulnerable adults and carers who suffer the effects of social and emotional isolation. The scheme operates in the city of Portsmouth.

The Youth Commission is a brilliant opportunity for young people to gain new knowledge, skills and experiences, and have their say on crime and policing issues that matter most to them. The Youth Commission enables young people to support, challenge and voice young people’s opinions from all across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, to help shape decision making.


The Literacy Hubs exists to help young people develop the literacy skills they need to thrive. We work with local communities to create learning programs that meet their specific literacy needs, and each hub is individually designed to best support the community it serves.


Toucan Diversity Training CIC is a social-profit organisation that provides equality training in order to promote social inclusion for disabled people. Our training is designed and delivered by our team of accredited disabled trainers who will share their lived experience of a disability.

The library is so much more than books and resources. We are a busy single site library, with 24/7 service, holding Customer Service Excellence accreditation and consistently achieving above sector average rates in the National Student Survey (NSS).
