A yearly subscription to Microsoft Office 365 is available for free to both staff and students. The subscription allows users to install the latest desktop version of Microsoft Office on up to 5 computers.

Students on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) courses are eligible to receive free VMWare products.

Students can stream SPSS or obtain a free copy of SPSS from AppsAnywhere.
NVivo is software that supports qualitative and mixed methods research. It lets you collect, organize and analyze content from interviews, focus group discussions, surveys, audio - and now in NVivo 10 - social media and web pages.
Palisade DecisionTools Suite is an integrated set of programs for risk analysis and decision making under uncertainty that runs in Microsoft Excel.
