Article - When is the Nursery open?

This article will provide you with the information on when the Nursery is open.

The Nursery is open all year round except for the week between Christmas and New Year. The Nursery is closed on Bank Holidays but fees for bank holidays closures in the academic year are still payable.

The Nursery day is divided into two half day session, as follows:

• Morning: 8.30am - 12.30pm

• Lunch: 12.30pm - 1.30pm

• Afternoon: 1.30pm - 5.30pm

The Nursery can remain open until 6:00pm for parents who have a late lecture. Written confirmation must be provided.

Parents are able to drop off and collect their child at any time during their allocated session.

The minimum number of sessions a child may attend is four per week.

The Nursery closes at 4.00pm five times per year, for staff development. There is no reduction in fees for these early closures.
