Appointment queries: change of appointment/cancellation/general booking

 

General booking

If you want to book a full consultation appointment with the Student Wellbeing Service, you need to complete the online registration form. You can do this from any computer or mobile device, anywhere. There are also private terminals at Nuffield Centre Reception where you can register.

We will get back to you the next working day after you register, and you will be offered an appointment as soon as one is available and at a time you can manage.

If you need a more urgent response, you can call 023 9284 3466 or come in to the Student Wellbeing Service Reception, Second Floor,Nuffield Building to book a same day short advice session. These are available daily, usually over lunch and early afternoon.

 

Rearrangement of appointment

If you want to change the date and/or time of your pre-booked appointment, contact the Student Wellbeing Service:

The Student Wellbeing Service works hard to make sure we can offer appointments without undue waiting. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange or cancel an appointment, so that we have time to offer the space to someone else.
