This article provides information regarding group complaints.

A number of students with the same complaint may raise a group complaint under the Student Complaint procedure. However, one student should act as the main point of contact for communications with the University. That point of contact will be expected to communicate with the rest of the group involved in the complaint.

For advice on raising a group complaint please email complaints@port.ac.uk, outlining the nature of the complaint and the reasons that you are unhappy with the response from your school/department. A member of the complaints team will respond.
