This article will explain when you are allowed to submit for extenuating circumstances.

As a Postgraduate research student you will only be able to submit extenuating circumstances for:

• Annual Review
• Major Review
• Interim Examination
• viva voce examination.

You are advised to contact your First Supervisor at the earliest opportunity and before the affected review or examination.
