The Online Chat service is normally locally staffed between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We also provide an out-of-hours service via other libraries around the world during evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Please note: Your online chat session may be monitored and stored for training and quality purposes.
