The Wellbeing Café is a weekly opportunity to connect with others in person and take time out to focus on fun and relaxing wellbeing activities with other students that have an interest in investing in their wellbeing!
You can drop in just to listen to the weekly talks or participate in the craft activities, and you can choose whether or not to join in with discussions, games or other activities. You can also access informal support, information, advice, and connect with our Student Wellbeing Service staff.
It’s a safe space to drop in, connect with other students, and enjoy some free refreshments!
To join, drop in:
3.00pm – 4.30pm every Wednesday (term-time only)
No booking is required as the Wellbeing Café remains a drop-in offering - there is no pressure to attend each and every week, and you can join and leave at any time.
The Wellbeing Café is open only to current University of Portsmouth students so please bring your UoP ID with you. Upon arrival, we'll get you to scan the QR code and agree to our confidentiality agreement (this is just a one-off form!) if you haven’t already done so. The Café is run by staff from the Student Wellbeing Service and they'd be happy to chat to you beforehand to offer a familiar face when you turn up.
