A series of 3 three-hour interactive workshops led by Jennifer Head from Midnight Consulting, where you will develop your sales and marketing strategy, tailored for your own requirements and internal capabilities. Each week, there will be 'homework', including conversational topics with your colleagues.
You will learn about the most important aspects of applying strategy to the NHS, and ensuring that all objectives and actions are SMART. The workshop also includes developing an elevator pitch and how to get great customer testimonials.

The workshops will take place at Portsmouth Technopole (Kingston Crescent, PO2 8FA), Space Enterprise Lab Meeting Room (Ground Floor). Upon arrival, you will need to sign in at the front desk. There is free parking on-site, the car park immediately outside fills up quickly, but there is an affiliated car park across the road which is part of Technopole as well.
Note: Please make sure you can attend all three sessions before registering.
