Our RAs are here to chat about the best ways to practice self-care and are here to lend a listening ear if you need it.

They'll be hosting a guided meditation session to teach you ways in which you can relax and slow down as a way of self care.

Take a time out from work, study and anything else stressful and focus on you for a few hours. Re-energise and re-centre your focus.
