Design Thinking is a crucial part of the way we work at IBM. It is a method of meeting humans’ needs and desires in a technologically feasible and strategically viable way. This is interactive, encouraging both the client and employee to think outside of the box and collaborate. In this session, you will get hands on experience with using Design Thinking to solve a real problem.
