Construction: delivers a range of construction projects for both the public and private sectors. It also provides housing maintenance and facilities management services through our Kier Places business.
Group Functions: Kier Group functions provide the central underpinning to ensure we carry out our responsibilities as a UK plc and strategic supplier to the UK Government, keep the business moving and play a vital role in delivering our group-wide success. It is made up of our corporate functions, including people, finance, IT, procurement, corporate affairs and communications.
Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks: designs, builds and maintains vital infrastructure assets across the water, energy and telecoms sectors.
Property: specialising in urban regeneration, last mile logistics and modern sustainable office developments. With a development of £1.5bn the team is able to bring economic life back to sites to create communities for the future.
Transportation: designs, builds and maintains infrastructure for the road, rail, aviation and ports sectors.
